Research Use Only Policy

This Research Use Only Policy ("Policy") describes the intended use of all products sold by Valhalla Peptides ("Valhalla Peptides," "we," "us," or "our") and the responsibilities you accept when purchasing them. Valhalla Peptides expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from such misuse.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, use, and disposal of our products comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. We make no representation that our products are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location.

7. No Resale for Consumption

8. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valhalla Peptides shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
